Our friendly and qualified Mortgage Advisers can support and advise you through all the stages of the mortgage process. We have a wide range of products suitable for first time buyers, customers looking to move home or those individuals simply
re-mortgaging from another lender.
You can use our online form if you would like to request an appointment at your local branch, this can be either face to face or over the telephone, whichever you prefer – just let us know when you complete the form.
What does the process involve?
During your appointment the Mortgage Adviser will have a detailed discussion with you so that they understand your circumstances, your needs and your preferences. This will help them to identify the most suitable products and they will explain clearly how the different products work and what the benefits of each are.
To help with the appointment it would be useful if you had available the following documents:
- Recent payslips and bank statements.
- Details of any existing life policies you may already have in place.
- Passport or driving licence and a utility bill for identification purposes.
Our products and the application process will be explained to you in plain English so you will be clear how the different products work and what the benefits and risks are.
At the end of the appointment you will be provided with important documents which will outline the costs involved in taking out a mortgage. You will be able to apply straight away if you are ready or you can take the documents away and think things through. Of course if you want to return for another chat at a later date that’s fine too.

However, once we receive your request we will contact you to advise if the date and time you have requested is available and if not arrange an alternative time to suit you.
