We're here to help.
If you are looking to change or transfer your mortgage, the first thing to consider is whether your current loan is within its early repayment period.
In all cases where you repay your loan before the end of this period, you will need to pay us the early repayment charges. However, if you are moving home and take out your new mortgage with us and meet all the relevant conditions, we can refund these charges to you.
